Player Development Class

Everything we do in practice must have a direct effect to our game. We help players developing their sport-specific skills in situational drills where they challenge their decision making process and their technical, tactical and physiscal abilities.

Individual Training Program

Every individual session is goal-oriented and based on the client characteristics and needs. After physical tests and consultation, a training plan will be established between coach and client, wether in person or online.

Nutritional Consultation

Nutrition plays a key role for clients of any fitness level. Not only for who wants to improve their body composition, but also for injury prevention and longevity.

Athleticism Development Class

Coordination, strength, mobility, speed, agility, endurance, etc. Being an athlete requires all these qualities independently from which sport you practice. More than a normal speed and agility or weightlifting program. In this class we develop our athletes based on their training stage (youth, high school, college/pro).

Return to Play and Injury Prevention Program

If you are in your latest stages of rehabilitation or just struggling with chronic sports injuries, this is the program for you. Through specific physical assessments, every client will have specific protocols to follow to get back quick on the field be more injury resilient.

Mindset Coaching

Everything starts from our mind. If you struggle in dealing with motivation, sports anxiety, discipline and other aspects regarding the mental side of performance, you will get access to our certified mindset coaches and they will help you in making the next step in your game.
